an interval
1. All owners must be
part of the HOA
2. All new owners must submit to the HOA via registered mail
a. Copy of recorded deed
b. A signed and notarized request
to join the HOA
c. $185 non-refundable initiation fee
d. Past and current years Condo fees must be paid if not yet paid
